Short Troop/group Trip (F-413)

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED...

Troops or groups intending to take a short trip should complete this form.

This form is for trips lasting 1-4 nights and within a six (6) hour drive from home.

When planning transportation for your troop trip, please note that GSSJC prohibits the use of 12-passenger and 15-passenger vehicles, except professionally driven vans used by a commercial shuttle service.

The form is due at least 1 month before the proposed trip.

All adults accompanying girls must have a current GSUSA membership, Criminal Background Check on file, and must have completed the GSUSA Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Training. All drivers must hold valid a Driver's License, and motor vehicle records will be reviewed. All vehicles must comply with state laws having current state inspection stickers and driver must provide proof of insurance. (Use Driver Checklist, GSSJC F-477).
