Troops or groups intending to take an extended trip should complete this form.

This form is for trips lasting 5+ nights away from council and/or any trip six (6) or more driving hours from home.

The Short Troop Trip form should be used for shorter trips.

The form is due 12 - 24 months prior to the trip. If the trip is international, at least 18 months is recommended.

Permission Slip (F-204 for girls, F-22 for adults), Health Form (F-185 for girls, O-905 for adults) and medical records are required for each traveler. A Power of Attorney is strongly recommended (GSSJC F-318 for girls; GSSJC O-906 for adults).
