    Start a Troop Fund Claims

  • Thank you for starting a Girl Scout Troop!

    Please complete ONE form per troop to claim your $50 in startup funds.
    Funds will be ACH'd via direct deposit on a rolling basis within 7-10 business days once eligibility is verified.

    If you have any questions or concerns about the requirements to claim these funds, please contact your Volunteer Experience Manager.

  • Bank Account Registration

  • To show proof of bank account registration with GSSJC, please follow the steps outlined below.

    1. 1. Go to www.gssjc.org 
    2. Click Members > Online Community
    3. Enter login credentials
    4. Click Community
    5. Select any of the Program Level groups, the Troop Fall Product or Cookies - Troop group. You may need to join if you are not already a member.
    6. Click Bank Info > Register Account Information and complete all required fields
    7. Save updates
    8. Take a screenshot and upload along with this form submission (example below)
