This form is for Girl Scouts who are proposing a Silver or Gold Award project that:
1) Takes place on GSSJC property, or
2) Requires a partnership with GSSJC to complete the project.
Important Eligibility Information
Beginning in September 2026, only Girl Scouts working toward a Silver or Gold Award are eligible to propose and partner with GSSJC on a Take Action Project.

How Project Ideas Are Reviewed
GSSJC carefully evaluates all proposed Silver and Gold Award partnerships. When reviewing requests, we consider:
- Whether GSSJC is the most appropriate organization to reach the project's intended target audience.
- Whether the project aligns with council goals, priorities, and strategic objectives.
- Whether GSSJC has the capacity and resources to sustain the project's impact over time.
Approval and Next Steps
Submitting this form does not mean your project has been approved as a Silver or Gold Award project.
Before beginning any project work, you must also receive approval of your Project Proposal from the appropriate Silver or Gold Award Committee.
Please note that the GSSJC staff member assigned to support your project may not be an expert in Silver or Gold Award Take Action requirements. As a result, you may need to make additional revisions to your project after submitting your proposal to the committee for review.
