Bronze Award Final Report Form (F-483)
Has your troop completed the requirements of the Bronze Award? Submit this form to GSSJC for approval to earn the Bronze Award and receive a certificate.
First and Last Names of all girls who completed the Bronze Award project (Please list the girls' names as they appear in MYGS.)
As per GSUSA guidelines, only Juniors (girls in 4th and 5th grade) are eligible to earn the Bronze Award. The deadline for girls to earn their Bronze Award is September 30th of the year they graduate 5th grade. Please confirm that all girls on this list are the appropriate grade to earn this award and have done so by the appropriate deadline. This will be confirmed in the GSSJC system prior to the award being granted.

The Bronze Award Committee will review your submission within three weeks. Once approved, you will receive an email from bronzeaward@sjgs.org with a congratulatory letter with your troop number and each of the girls' names. Take this letter to your local Girl Scout Shop to purchase Bronze Award pins for your girls.

Bronze Award certificates are processed quarterly. Only one Bronze Award certificate per Bronze Award group is sent. Additional certificates can be purchased from the Girl Scout Shop.
